The Fairview Inn in Talkeetna Alaska was established in 1923 and is recognized as a historic Alaskan landmark. Today it is still in use, and is frequently by the locals of Talkeetna. Known throughout Alaska as a live music venue, the hotel has also recently restored it's six historic rooms in the upstairs hotel. The Fairview Inn was where President Warren G. Harding stopped for lunch briefly before he passed away.
